Clubhouse

The Tudor Branch Clubhouse is open, for non exclusive use, during community pool hours for pool members and their guests.  Private clubhouse rentals are available when the pool is closed for the off-season, basically October through April.  Complete with a snack area, wifi, couches and a television, this clubhouse is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Nature Trails

Enjoy almost 4 miles of paved walking trails that provide beautiful scenery of greenspace, homes, streams and ponds throughout the community. Relax as you and your family discover the comfort and nature surrounding Tudor Branch. The trails are a safe way for the family to stay healthy together and are perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. Note: No motorized vehicles are allowed on the trails.

Playground

Our playground is equipped with a full swing set, slide, and fortress lookout. Kids are sure to enjoy running on the playground mulch, climbing atop the ropes, ladders, and swings while letting their imagination run wild!

Pool

This six-lane, up to eight foot deep, Junior Olympic size pool is great for exercising, fun or relaxing. A seperate one foot deep baby pool is also provided. Elite Pool Maintenance is contracted by the HOA to perform routine pool maintenance and to provide pool attendant(s) for swimmer safety. With free poolside WiFi, outdoor grill, over 40 chaise loungers, and 16 tables ranging from a two-seater bistro to a six-seater family sized-oval, this pool provides something for everyone. A Tudor Branch pool Member pass or pool Guest pass (age 5 or older) must be presented before swimming.
